Dan Heath quote

I had the pleasure of seeing two amazing speakers in London last week, Michael Watkins and Dan Heath.

Dan made some very compelling points, one of which was:

 

“Find the bright spots in your organisation, and then replicate them. Start obsessing about success – not failure!”

 

It is all too easy to evaluate what is wrong in your organisation and trying to fix them, but perhaps we miss the simpler and more obvious point of looking at what works well within your business and ascertaining whether these positive actions can be replicated and reproduced.
