Change Is Hardest in the Middle
I found this great blog post from the Harvard thought-leader Rosabeth Moss Kanter.
This article addresses the real issues faced when in the middle of change when (as John Kotter calls it) the temptation to "Let up too soon" or just plain give up is as its highest.
