Organisational Change Research

My company is currently researching case studies of organisations who have successfully implemented and sustained major transformational change efforts within the last five years. The research is not academic but we will be creating a report of our findings. Any organisations who take part will have the option to benefit from a free presentation of the findings and conclusions.
